Role Description

The Design Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role supports the design and user experience team by assisting with layout adjustments, asset organization, and preparing visual materials for the Titanspet platform and marketing campaigns. The associate will respond to design-related support requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, and help ensure that visual content aligns with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include documenting design feedback, collaborating with product and technical support teams to refine user-facing materials, and maintaining clear communication with colleagues to meet project timelines. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong collaboration, and a commitment to enhancing the overall user experience.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in support roles, including collaboration with design, product, and customer-facing teams (Support Workers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative working relationships across departments (Interpersonal Skills).
  • Awareness of safeguarding principles and user safety considerations, particularly in online community and pet-related contexts (Safeguarding).
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and user-facing documentation (Communication).
  • Basic technical support capabilities to assist with design tools, platforms, and troubleshooting minor user interface issues (Technical Support).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, communication, or a related field is preferred.
