We’re seeking a Full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Vet Tech Student to join our growing practice.

Compensation:
Based on experience, ranging from $20 – $28 per hour.

Examples of Primary Responsibilities:
- Pet owner education & communication: Build relationships with pet owners by providing professional education and guidance on care
- Clinical skills: Conduct diagnostic tests (including hematology, cytology, urinalysis, etc.), and maintain safety protocols
- Surgical assistance: Support surgical procedures through preparation, induction, and recovery, monitor anesthesia, and maintain a sterile environment
- Radiography: Perform diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols of fellow team members
- Animal nursing care: Restraining pets, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM to cats, dogs, and exotic animals, applying and maintaining bandages, providing high quality physical and psychological care of the pet during any hospitalization stay or visit
- Pharmacy expertise: Preparing and dispensing medications, calculating dosages, recognizing adverse reactions, knowledge of regulations regarding the safe handling of biohazardous materials
- Dental procedures: Assist with dental cleanings for cats, dogs, and small animals.
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
