Are you a serving NYSC Corps Member looking to gain practical experience, develop your professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects across the health, legal, communications, capacity development, and sustainability space?
Onebarrow International Limited is inviting applications from motivated and committed Corps Members to join our team as Transformation Fellows across five (5) specialised tracks.
1. Legal, Risk & Compliance Transformation Fellow
Preferred Background: Law.
The Fellow will support the Legal, Risk & Compliance function with:
– Legal research and analysis
– Drafting and reviewing letters, agreements and other legal documents
– Compliance and regulatory research
– Documentation and record management
– Supporting risk identification and compliance activities
– Assisting with stakeholder and regulatory engagements
– Other legal, risk and compliance-related assignments
We are looking for: A law graduate with strong research, writing, drafting, analytical and communication skills.
2. Health Equity Transformation Fellow
Preferred Background: Public Health, Development Studies, Health Sciences or related disciplines
The Fellow will support the Health Equity function with:
– Health equity research and policy analysis
– Research and documentation for health-related projects
– Stakeholder engagement and coordination
– Support for health conferences, forums and strategic initiatives
– Preparation of reports, briefs and other project materials
– Supporting initiatives focused on improving access, inclusion and equity in healthcare
We are looking for: A candidate with an interest in public health, health systems, policy, healthcare access and sustainable health outcomes.
3. CSR & ESG Transformation Fellow
Preferred Background: Science, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines
The Fellow will support the CSR & ESG function with:
– Supporting CSR and sustainability initiatives
– Data gathering, documentation and reporting
– Supporting community-focused projects and stakeholder engagement
– Assisting with ESG-related communications and project documentation
We are looking for: A candidate with strong analytical skills and an interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, social impact and corporate governance.
4. Capacity & Capability Transformation Fellow
Preferred Background: Education, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related disciplines
The Fellow will support the Capacity & Capability function with:
– Research and development of training materials
– Supporting training and capacity-building programmes
– Programme coordination and participant engagement
– Documentation and reporting
– Research on learning and professional development needs
– Supporting internal and external learning initiatives
We are looking for: A proactive candidate with strong communication, organisation, research and coordination skills.
5. Communications & PR Transformation Fellow
Preferred Background: Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies or related disciplines
The Fellow will support the Communications & PR function with:
– Content development and editing
– Social media and digital communications
– Public relations activities
– Drafting press releases, announcements and other communication materials
– Event publicity and communications support
– Media and stakeholder engagement
– Supporting the development and implementation of communication strategies
We are looking for: A creative and articulate candidate with strong writing, storytelling, communication and digital media skills.
