We are recruiting for our partner in the cybersecurity space, a membership-driven organization focused on professional development, industry research, networking, and executive-level community engagement within the cybersecurity sector.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Member Success & Community Associate to support member engagement, communication, and community growth across assigned regions.

This role involves building relationships with members, coordinating event participation, supporting outreach initiatives, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring members receive a high-quality experience throughout their engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, comfortable with outreach and relationship management, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

Member Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned members and provide timely, professional support.
  • Conduct regular outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and messaging platforms to maintain strong member relationships.
  • Support member retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support member needs and community initiatives.

Events & Community Support

  • Invite members to virtual and in-person events using approved messaging and templates.
  • Drive event registrations and attendance.
  • Follow up with members before and after events to encourage participation and continued engagement.
  • Support event coordination workflows using CRM and event management systems.

Research & Outreach Support

  • Research and validate contact information for members and prospective members.
  • Maintain accurate records and outreach tracking.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, and other research tools to support outreach efforts.

Member Benefits & Communication

  • Share research, event invitations, registration codes, and member resources with members.
  • Send reminders and targeted communications regarding upcoming events and opportunities.
  • Support member onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives.

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate member and account information within CRM systems.
  • Assist with reporting, list management, data cleanup, and administrative projects.
  • Support social media and promotional initiatives related to member communities and events.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with professional outreach and relationship-building.
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, or outreach tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
