Full-Time | Busy 3-Doctor PracticeWe are looking for a Veterinary Assistant ready to step into a fast-paced, high-energy clinic. Our busy 3-doctor practice is looking for a dedicated team player to help us deliver exceptional care to our patients and clients. Knowledge of Avimark a plus.What We Offer:Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week (1 set weekday off every week)Schedule: Full-time hours with a rotating weekend shift — work only every 3rd Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PMEnvironment: A supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving team environmentKey Responsibilities:Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with physical exams, patient restraint, and medical procedures. Must be able to lift and handle pets > 50lbsPrepare treatment rooms, surgical suites, and lab equipmentAdminister medications and collect lab samples as directed by veterinary staffCommunicate effectively with clients regarding patient care, discharge instructions, and appointmentsMaintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked treatment and surgical areasQualifications & Requirements:Prior Veterinary Assistant Experience Required: Must be comfortable with animal handling, restraint, and basic clinical workflows in a high-volume settingStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressureReliable, punctual, and passionate about animal health and patient careMust be flexible and willing to help out wherever neededJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offApplication Question(s):Are you experienced restraining large dogs and sassy cats?Experience:Veterinary assistant: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
