Riverwalk is a new, state-of-the art, privately owned, Fear Free certified facility, with owners who have many successful years of both veterinary and business knowledge and experience which will help us excel in serving the needs of our veterinary team and the Grapevine/Flower Mound, Texas pet loving communities.
Riverwalk Pet Hospital & Resort is seeking candidates for either full-time or part-time hours. For our kennel / dog daycare positions, previous experience in a kennel/dog daycare/veterinary facility is preferred. Morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability IS a REQUIREMENT for this position.
Position involves much physical activity and includes: walking dogs, feeding pets, cat care, monitoring dog daycare/group play, working outside while daycare is going on, lifting, heavy amounts of cleaning/disinfecting, laundry, knowledge of dog / cat body language, computer work, and client service/ interaction.
Our facility opened in July 2022, and became Fear Free certified in October 2022. Every detail of our facility was designed and selected to make each pet’s visit as stress, anxiety, and fear free as possible.

Qualifications
Previous kennel experience and animal handling skills
Proficient in pet care and animal restraint techniques
Experience in veterinary settings is a plus
Strong customer service abilities
Capable of performing cleaning duties and maintaining a safe environment
Ability to lift heavy objects as needed in a dog daycare setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $16.00 per hour
