Position Summary

The Clinical Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all provider compliance requirements with NIVA Health’s facility partners to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between NIVA Health, healthcare facilities, providers, and internal departments to facilitate the timely submission, tracking, and renewal of all required licensure, credentialing, regulatory, and onboarding documentation.

The Clinical Partnerships Coordinator proactively manages compliance deadlines, maintains strong relationships with facility partners, and ensures providers meet all facility-specific requirements before rendering services. This highly autonomous position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, outstanding communication, and the ability to independently prioritize multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provider Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate all provider onboarding requirements with facility partners
  • Ensure providers meet all facility-specific credentialing, licensing, and regulatory requirements before providing patient care
  • Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, DEA registrations, and other required credentials
  • Coordinate timely renewals to prevent interruptions in provider privileges
  • Maintain accurate provider compliance records and databases

Facility Partner Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility credentialing departments and external partners
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with facility representatives
  • Respond promptly to facility requests for provider documentation
  • Coordinate completion of facility-specific applications, agreements, attestations, and regulatory forms
  • Ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and within required deadlines

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor compliance requirements across all facility partners
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable credentialing and regulatory standards
  • Ensure provider documentation remains complete and compliant with organizational and facility requirements
  • Escalate compliance concerns before they become operational issues

Deadline & Workflow Management

  • Maintain a centralized tracking system for all provider onboarding, credentialing, renewals, and compliance deadlines
  • Prioritize competing requests while ensuring critical deadlines are consistently met
  • Proactively communicate upcoming deadlines to providers and leadership
  • Follow up with providers and external partners to obtain outstanding documentation

  • Provide regular updates regarding onboarding status and compliance milestones
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with providers regarding outstanding requirements

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve credentialing and compliance workflows
  • Assist in developing SOPs and standardized processes
  • Recommend automation and technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden

Other

  • Complete other duties as assigned at the discretion of management

Requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration, credentialing, provider relations, compliance, or related experience
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or physician practices preferred
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing and regulatory processes preferred
