We are hiring for one of our clients a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join a modern, fast-paced, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Fairfield.
💰 Compensation:
• Base Salary: $121,000 – $150,000
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Additional production incentives + relocation support
🐾 Role Overview:
You will deliver high-quality medical care to companion animals (primarily dogs & cats) in a collaborative, tech-enabled hospital environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat illnesses & injuries in pets
• Perform surgeries and medical procedures
• Administer vaccinations and preventive care
• Conduct dental procedures
• Collaborate with veterinary teams and communicate with pet owners
• Thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
✅ Mandatory Requirements:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent from accredited institution)
• Experience: 0–2+ years in a veterinary hospital (new grads welcome; 1–3 years ideal)
• Eligible to obtain a Connecticut State Veterinary License
• Strong exposure to small/companion animals (dogs & cats)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship required)
📍 Location & Work Setup:
• Onsite role in Fairfield, CT
• Candidates outside the area must be open to relocation (clear timeline required)
