Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will assist in market research, support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, and participate in promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, generating ideas to enhance brand awareness, and supporting the sales team with customer engagement and lead generation. Collaboration with various teams to ensure brand consistency and support marketing goals is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or willingness to learn Market Research and data analysis techniques
- Knowledge or interest in Marketing Strategy and brand development
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and support techniques
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- A keen interest in pets and the pet care industry is a plus
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
