We’re Hiring – Front Desk / Client Service
This is not simply a job answering phones and putting names on a schedule. Our front desk team plays an important role in how the hospital operates and works closely with our doctors and medical staff throughout the day.
The position requires critical thinking and good judgment when speaking with clients, scheduling appointments, recognizing what may need more immediate attention, managing competing priorities, and knowing when to involve a member of the medical team.
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, is comfortable with people, can multitask and stay composed in a busy environment, and is comfortable solving problems rather than simply following a script.
Veterinary experience is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in clerical work such as typing, proofreading, and client communication
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Personal assistant or office support experience is a plus but not required
