- Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
- Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
- Handling grievances at the initial stage.
- Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
- Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
- Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
- Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
- Coordinating activities of medical issues including its compliance issues.
- Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of different Buyers.
- Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
- Maintaining registers (Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.
- Recruitment & selection of workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.
- Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: master of business administration (mba)
- Skills: housekeeping management, hr compliance, health and safety compliance, labour laws knowledge, workplace safety, hr management
