Details
Ghazi Brothers, a leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, is seeking energetic, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to join their Lahore office as Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager. The role focuses on managing veterinary pharmaceutical products, driving market competitiveness, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product management strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
- Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
- Strategize brand positioning, product assortment, marketing communication, and promotional practices.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure product success and guide future decisions.
- Develop customer engagement strategies to expand market presence.
- Participate in new product launches, coordinating with Regulatory, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training to the product management team and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: DVM / MPhil in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Reproduction.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing collateral.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with experience in developing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
