BOUNDARY BAY VETERINARY SPECIALTY HOSPITAL is looking for a VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team. Besides being an outgoing and team oriented individual, our ideal candidate(s) must:
· Have experience in either veterinary practice, reception/office admin or customer service
· Be competent, confident and compassionate
· Be able to multi-task
· Have an attention to detail
· Be well spoken and mature
· Understand the importance of the receptionists role in a successful business
THE JOB ENTAILS (but not limited to):
· Answering a multi line phone system
· Assisting clients over the phone
· Greeting and admitting clients and their pets
· Communicating clearly with the Veterinarians and support staff
· Compiling medical records accurately
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic
HOURS OF POSITION:
Our receptionists work 8am-6pm – We are looking for Monday and Friday availability
