Philadelphia Animal Specialty and Emergency (PASE) is seeking a Client Service Representative pursuing a position in an exceptional hospital environment fostering continued growth and development. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, reliable, hard-working individual with excellent communication, listening and telephone skills to join our team of Client Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Hours are Thurs-Sun 8am-6pm

Takes care of the clients and makes them feel welcome from when they first step into our hospital until they leave to go home

Helps educate the clients on our services, facilitates the clients’ needs through scheduling apts for services, and providing relevant information for their pet’s needs

Modify and update systems and procedures wherever needed to better serve clients and patients

Oversee client flow to ensure that clients and patients are seen and treated in a professional, timely, and competent manner

Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system

Calm and level emotions during times of stress

Displaying confidence

Prepares patient files

Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records

Customer service skills, and proven aptitude for client conflict resolution

Admits patients and handles data entries accurately

Prepares client invoices for services performed

Handles payment transactions.

Ability to work cooperatively and side by side with staff

Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

Ability to communicate with staff and doctor’s to ensure efficiency in scheduling and phone calls

Ability to work weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
