We are seeking 1-2 Customer Service Representatives to join our front-desk team. If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, organized, and a strong communicator, this is an opportunity to grow with us. Prior experience in a medical office is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist clients & patients during check-in and check-out
Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments
Enter medical records and handle client emails
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Clearly and compassionately communicate with clients
Support daily operations with attention to detail and professionalism
Knowledge of Cornerstone software is a plus, but we will train!

Some Saturday shifts required (Schedule negotiable)
