Milford Animal Hospital seeks a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! Our Receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This position is open to full-time or part-time scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:
3+ years of client service experience in a veterinary hospital setting required
Proficiency in the following skills:
Team players with exceptional communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized
Personable and professional
A passion for helping animals
Veterinary software knowledge (Cornerstone) and tech-savvy
