Southwoods Animal Hospital is looking for new team members to join us in providing the highest quality pet and client care available in Greensboro, NC. We are a growing, privately-owned, full-service veterinary hospital accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. We are growing again and are seeking to add additional veterinary receptionists to our team!

We handle pets with minimal restraint in a gentle, low-stress way, so if you are trained in Fear Free techniques, that’s even better!
We are a computerized practice, and experience with Cornerstone is a plus. Our busy schedule requires maintaining a positive attitude and poised demeanor while multi-tasking and helping your team.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
Handling patients with a caring and calm demeanor.
Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients regarding pet care and treatment options.
Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
Provide information on pet care and services offered at the clinic.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure high-quality animal care and support during critical care situations.
