What We’re Looking For
✔ Veterinary clinic experience required, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
✔ Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.
✔ A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.
✔ A willingness to work “on the floor” as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).
Your Role & Responsibilities
Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice’s reputation in the community.
Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.
