We are currently looking for a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our busy and compassionate veterinary practice!
As the first face and voice our clients encounter, this role is incredibly important in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for both pets and their people. If you love animals, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with kindness and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
- Prepare patient files, invoices, and health certificates
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and fax
- Help maintain accurate financial and medical records
- Support our veterinary team with excellent communication and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, typing, and multitasking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay calm and compassionate during complicated or stressful situations
- Veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person!

- Loves people and enjoys working with animals
- Builds strong relationships with clients and coworkers
- Stays organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting
- Maintains a professional and welcoming front desk environment
- Can confidently discuss estimates, invoices, and treatment plans with empathy and clarity
Please note: Working in a veterinary setting may include exposure to animal odors, noises, scratches, bites, and cleaning responsibilities.
