Are you a qualified veterinary doctor with a passion for leadership and a desire to manage a veterinary practice? This role offers the opportunity to take charge of a well-established practice within a network of veterinarians in the Lake Geneva area, Switzerland.
Practice Overview
The practice is part of a network of 15 clinics employing around 130 professionals. It offers modern facilities equipped for preventive, medical, and surgical cases and provides full administrative, financial, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the general veterinary team and ensure smooth operations across all departments, from routine consultations to surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with other clinics in the network to access specialists and continuous training opportunities.
- Organize and delegate operational duties within the team.
- Maintain strong clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Veterinary Doctor degree.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in small animal (feline and canine) medicine.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in French and German.
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Switzerland.
