Your Day-to-Day
You’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Your day may include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets
- Answering phones and helping clients with their questions
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient visits
- Checking clients in and out
- Communicating with doctors and veterinary technicians
- Helping clients understand next steps in their pet’s care
- Maintaining accurate patient and client information
- Processing payments and assisting with front-office needs
- Helping keep the client experience organized, welcoming, and compassionate

Cornerstone experience a plus – Veterinary experience is required, this is not an entry level position.
