Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm

is a quick learner
has 1-2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary setting.
Job Skills / Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist required.
Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must.
Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
Computer skills required.
Accurate accounting skills are a must.
Strong problem-solving abilities (judgment, logic, creativity, conflict resolution).
Required licenses:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk’s license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.

Salary Range: Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19.50 – $23.50/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
