Veterinary Customer Service Representative Jobs in Ponte Vedra, FL at Forever Vets Animal Hospital
WHO WE ARE
Forever Vets Animal Hospital is a network of privately owned, full-service small animal and exotic animal veterinary facilities serving the Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, St. Augustine, St. Johns, Nocatee and Orlando areas. Our mission is to provide a happy and fun-filled work environment to our associates, making the highest quality pet care affordable and available all the time, strengthening the human-animal bond, helping associates with professional and personal growth, in turn keeping the pets and people happy forever. We base all of our interactions on our core values of compassion, optimism, growth, respect and confidence.
OUR STORY
We are very proud of our veterinary teams; none of this would be possible without them. Dr. Galipalli opened his first animal hospital in 2012 with a mere three employees and a goal of providing quality, compassionate care to every pet and pet owner. When Dr. Galipalli first came to America 16 years ago, he desperately needed to be seen by a doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor nearby had no available appointments and he was forced to go to the emergency room. It was in that moment that Dr. Galipalli knew that he wanted to start a practice that offers same-day appointments, walk-ins, and extended hours so that no pet owner would have to feel the same sense of worry and helplessness.
TEAM CULTURE
Coming to a veterinarian office can be stressful for pets and pet owners…it shouldn’t be stressful for the care team too. That’s why at Forever Vets Animal Hospital, we are proud of our 10 “unicorn” clinics; we strive to maintain psychologically safe environments with supportive teams and leadership, work-life balance, individualized training and education, and the celebration and encouragement of all of our unique abilities and interests.
We aren’t perfect – and we don’t expect you to be! We are all learning and growing together, every day.
