Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm
- Provide friendly, compassionate customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and help clients understand our services
- Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and the veterinary care team
- Assist with check-in, check-out, payments, and other front-desk responsibilities
- Answer questions and help clients feel informed and cared for
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Help create a calm, welcoming, and positive environment—even on busy days
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in veterinary or medical office setting is a plus
- Prior animal experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Applicants must be available to work weekdays and some Saturdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.13 – $19.00 per hour
