Position Overview
We are searching for an experienced Veterinary Assistant and RVT to support our Emergency and Specialty department. The role involves working with a diverse caseload, using advanced imaging and monitoring tools, and collaborating with board-certified specialists.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client service and provide excellent patient care.
- Work as part of a team and remain composed during stressful and emotional situations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively among clients and team members.
- Learn new and advanced techniques while utilizing your full skill set.
- Assist with anesthesia, endoscopy equipment, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRI (training provided if needed).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years veterinary assistant experience.
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a busy environment.
- Exceptional client service and patient care focus.
- Team player with composure under stress.
- Ability to deliver effective communication to clients and colleagues.
- Desire to learn new and advanced techniques.

Schedule
- Days, evenings or overnight 10-hour shifts.
Base Salary
- $3.00/hr for hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
- $1.50/hr from midnight Saturday morning to midnight Sunday night.
