Duties
Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle checkouts
Restrain pets in the Exam room
Update and file patient charts
Retrieve and fill client prescriptions
Maintain the cleanliness of the Exam rooms and Waiting room
Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments
Enter data into a computerized billing program
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
Skills
Strong customer service skills

Blood Draw Skills
Knowledge of veterinary and medical terminology
Highly detail oriented with strong work Ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
