**Partner/Owner – Urgent Care Veterinarian**
If you’ve ever wanted to own your own hospital, but wanted guidance and hands on support to help you launch successfully, this is for you. Before reading anymore, it’s important to also know that this is not some big-corporate group selling partnership, but actually ready to provide constant restraints on your vision. This is an opportunity to work with a non-corporate team of other independent doctors that have come together to launch a few independent urgent care practices. With each location being a success, the plan is to keep it going by adding another location centered around a doctor ready to jump in and lead another great clinic. The urgent care clinic would be yours to lead and manage, but you’d have other doctors with a vested interest in your hospital as partners to help ensure everyone puts in the work to make it a success (like the other locations are already).
Our modern urgent care model is designed to provide high-quality medical care for companion animals with non-life-threatening urgent conditions, but at fair prices. You’d have full autonomy to continue practicing medicine at the high standard you’re used to, but be backed up on the business side with a collaborative, supportive doctor team that have years of business know-how there to back you. Everything from location buildout, accounting, supply ordering and everything in-between, you’ll have a solid a team in your corner.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
