Kibuye Hope Hospital has been faithfully serving its local community in rural Burundi for more than 70 years. More recently, it has become the primary teaching hospital for Hope Africa University’s medical and nursing schools. Since the beginning of the Serge Kibuye partnership in 2013, Kibuye has expanded from 110 beds to over 300 beds, and continues to grow. This fund helps meet the myriad infrastructure needs of this development, from new wards and solar electricity, to new trainee housing and clean water systems.
