We are seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to champion clinical excellence, mentor associate veterinarians, and foster a collaborative team environment.
As a leader, you will
- manage and develop your DVM team through performance discussions and coaching
- model high-quality medical practices and client service while practicing as an associate veterinarian
- drive hospital performance by helping develop operational plans and ensuring regulatory compliance
- lead monthly meetings, supervise externship and mentorship programs, and promote a growth-oriented culture
- represent the hospital in community engagement activities
Qualifications Include
- DVM degree and valid license
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
- Servant leadership mindset, strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn hospital management concepts
