Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Senior Veterinarian. The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to a variety of pets, including diagnostics, surgeries, and treatments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine check-ups, performing surgeries, administering vaccinations, and providing emergency care and advice on pet nutrition, preventive care, and overall wellness.

The Veterinarian will offer guidance to junior veterinarians.
Qualifications
NOTE: THIS IS A SENIOR CLINICAL ROLE.
- Medical care and treatment skills, including diagnostics, surgeries, and emergency care
- Experience with vaccinations and preventive veterinary medicine
- Knowledge in dental care, pet nutrition, and overall wellness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate pet owners
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to pet care
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school and up-to-date licensure
- must have up to 3 years post graduation experience in a similar clinical setting.
- Strong Entrepreneurial mindset.
