- Quản lý xuất, nhập,tồn cho kho nguyên liệu và thành phẩm.
Managing out, in, stock for warehouse of raw materials and finished products.
- Quản lý kho theo nguyên tắc nhập trước xuất trước FIFO ( nhập trước xuất trước ) & FEFO ( hết hạn trước xuất trước)
Managing warehouse in accordance with the principle of FIFO (First In First Out) & FEFO ( First Expiry First Out )
- Tuân thủ các quy định liên quan đến các hệ thống: ISO, HACCP, GMP, FAMI-QS.
Complying with regulations relating to systems: ISO, HACCP, GMP, FAMI-QS.
- Giám sát và đào tạo các Nhân viên liên quan hoạt động kho : nhân viên kho, xe nâng, đội bảo vệ,…
Supervising & training staffs relating to warehouse operation : warehouse staff, forklift drivers , security guards working in warehouse operations.
- Quản lý tồn kho chính xác.
Managing stock accuracy.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng hàng hóa trong kho : đúng mã sản phẩm, đủ lượng, đúng số lô,.. và điều kiện lưu trử đáp ứng yêu cầu cả các sản phẩm trả về và cần xử lý lại.
Controling quality of goods in store: right product codes, enough quantity , right lots,… and storage condition meeting requirements including returned goods & re-work.
- Kiểm soát và cải tiến hoa hụt liên quan kho
Controlling & improving shrink relating to warehouse.
- Tổ chức và sắp xếp nhập và xuất háng hiệu quả.
Organizing & arranging effectively unloading & loading.
- Quản lý tốt việc truy xuất nguồn gốc hàng hóa và cải tiến và tối ưu hoạt động kho.
Managing well goods traceability & improve , optimize warehouse operations.
- Thao tác và sử dụng hiệu quả các dữ liệu trên hệ thống D365 cho việc nhập, chuyển liệu / bao bì cho sản xuất , xuất hàng và các loại hàng hóa tồn kho cần được giải quyết theo tiêu chuẩn.
Operating & utilizing effectively data on D265 system for unloading, transferring ingredients , packaging to production, loading & stocked goods or slow moving to be solved well in accordance with standard.
- Tương tác và phối hợp hiệu quả với các bộ phận liên quan hoạt động kho cho việc phục vụ khách hàng chung : môi trường, sức khỏe & an toàn lao động ( EHS ),thu mua , chất lượng, phục vụ khách hàng, sản xuất, thương mại, kho các nhà máy khác liên quan.
Working & collaborating effectively with the related functions in warehouse operations for together customer service : EHS, purchasing / Logistic, QFS, CS, production, commercial, related plants warehouse.
- Thực hiện hay đề xuất việc đặt mua các dụng cụ, vật tư,… phục vụ cho hoạt động kho.
Perforning or proposing to buy tools, supplies for warehouse operations.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan khi được yêu cầu.
Performing other tasks / duties related to any assignments.
Working location: Street No. 07, Long Khanh Industrial Park, Long Khanh City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan: Công nghệ thực phẩm, Chăn nuôi/Thú y, Hóa học, Logistics hoặc Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Animal Science/Veterinary, Chemistry, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản, có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên môn.
Basic English communication skills with the ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành premix hoặc phụ gia là một lợi thế.
Experience in the premix or additives industry is an advantage.
