Our goal is to provide personalized care that clients can rely on throughout every stage of their pets’ lives.About the PositionPaw Paw Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in Paw Paw, Michigan.Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian looking for a collaborative practice or a new graduate seeking mentorship, you’ll be joining a team that enjoys practicing quality medicine while supporting one another professionally and personally.Responsibilities include:Performing comprehensive physical examinations and developing diagnostic and treatment plans.Providing wellness and preventive care, including vaccinations and client education.Diagnosing and treating medical conditions using modern diagnostic equipment.Performing routine surgical and dental procedures.Maintaining accurate medical records.Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment options and follow-up care.Collaborating with our veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.What We’re Looking ForDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution.Current Michigan veterinary license or eligibility for licensure.Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Commitment to practicing compassionate, evidence-based medicine.Interest in continued learning and professional development.Experience in general practice is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
