We are now recruiting for a Head Vet Nurse to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave at a successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in LONDON
Role
excellent opportunity available to start ASAP on a 12 month fixed term contract working 4 days a week and 1 in 3 weekends with no OOH.
practice is established and successful and is purpose built and fully equipped
interesting and varied caseload with loyal local clients
ideally you will have strong general nursing skills and the ability to lead, manage and mentor a nursing team.
role will include directing the day to day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, acting as a role model for the nurse team, helping to develop their skills and using managerial skills to optimise workflow.

Super LONDON location with onsite parking and within walking distance of the Central tube line and mainline train station.
Requirements:
Qualified Vet Nurse
Registered with RCVS
strong general nursing skills
ability to lead, manage and mentor nursing team.
Salary Package
Salary to £40,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
