We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Transport Dispatcher to join our growing team and oversee the coordination of our daily transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport schedules, bookings, and dispatch activities.
- Plan and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.
- Monitor vehicle movements through GPS tracking and dispatch systems.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Handle transport-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of transportation operations and service quality.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet management.
- Strong experience in route planning, scheduling, and transportation operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and transport management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving licence and their own vehicle will be given preference.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
