Role Description : The Tour Planner will be responsible for planning and organizing domestic and international tours. Key responsibilities include creating itineraries, arranging hotels and transportation, preparing quotations, handling bookings, and coordinating with clients, airlines, hotels, and local vendors. The role also involves managing client requests, updating tour details, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to post-trip follow-up.
Qualifications
Candidates based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be preferred.
- Experience in travel planning, tour operations, or a related tourism role, with strong itinerary design and trip coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide clear, professional guidance.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and booking tools; familiarity with travel software or online reservation platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations and interest in travel trends and tourism services.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, collaborate with team members, and maintain a service-oriented and ethical approach.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered.
