𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
The Team Leader – Field Operations will be responsible for partner onboarding and relationship management for PetYosa across Bangalore. The role requires leading a small field team of 5–8 interns, driving daily onboarding targets, managing partner communication, and ensuring that every onboarded partner has a smooth and professional experience with PetYosa.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
PetYosa is building an AI-first pet care ecosystem connecting pet parents with trusted vets, groomers, boarders, trainers, and other pet-care partners. We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused Team Leader – Field Operations who can work on-ground, lead a young intern team, and build strong relationships with pet-care partners. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, coordinating field visits, explaining PetYosa’s value proposition, getting partners onboarded, and maintaining regular engagement after onboarding.
This is a hands-on field role. The person should be comfortable travelling across assigned areas, speaking confidently with business owners, solving day-to-day operational issues, and keeping interns motivated, disciplined, and target-focused. Since the role involves managing Gen Z interns on a daily basis, we are looking for someone young, energetic, approachable, and strong in communication rather than someone with very senior or rigid work experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Lead and manage a field team of 5–8 interns on a day-to-day basis.
- Drive partner onboarding for PetYosa across vets, clinics, groomers, boarders, trainers, pet stores, and other pet-care businesses.
- Plan daily field routes, assign areas to interns, and track partner visits and onboarding progress.
- Explain PetYosa’s platform, partner benefits, and onboarding process clearly to potential partners.
- Ensure proper collection of partner details, business information, service details, photos, pricing, and other onboarding requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested partners and convert them into onboarded partners.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with onboarded partners and act as the first point of contact for operational support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for partner activation, issue resolution, profile updates, and service listing corrections.
- Monitor intern performance, attendance, daily reports, and field discipline.
- Train interns on pitch, partner communication, objection handling, and reporting format.
- Share daily and weekly reports on partner pipeline, onboarding numbers, challenges, and market feedback.
- Identify local market opportunities, high-potential partner clusters, and areas requiring deeper coverage.
- Ensure PetYosa’s brand is represented professionally in every partner interaction.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong on-ground execution and field sales mindset.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of young interns.
- Good confidence in speaking with business owners, clinic managers, groomers, and local service providers.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close onboarding conversations.
- Basic understanding of sales, partnerships, stakeholder management, or business development.
- Ability to handle daily targets, field pressure, and operational challenges.
- Good reporting, coordination, and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable with travelling within Bangalore for field work.
- Energetic, approachable, street-smart, and people-friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Prior experience in field sales, partner onboarding, business development, campus leadership, or operations.
- Experience managing interns, promoters, field executives, or young teams.
- Exposure to startups, local business onboarding, marketplace operations, or service aggregator models.
- Understanding of pet care, veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, or local services will be a plus.
- Kannada communication will be an added advantage.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong field execution experience may also be considered.
