Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification.
- Previous retail experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer service and sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet, assist, and engage customers positively.
- Proven ability to utilize online fulfillment systems and technology efficiently to pick, pack, stage, and dispatch orders accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy and quality control while minimizing errors and shrinkage.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and delivery partners.
- Ability to work flexibly across different shifts and adapt to changing scheduling needs.
- Demonstrated teamwork and personal leadership qualities, including reliability, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to support accurate order processing and record keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers courteously, delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
- Efficiently pick, pack, stage, and dispatch online customer orders utilizing the designated fulfillment systems and technology.
- Ensure order accuracy through diligent quality checks on items, quantities, and pricing before dispatch.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic work areas adhering to standard operating procedures for equipment and packaging.
- Collaborate effectively with delivery partners, ensuring professional conduct and timely handover of orders.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support stock replenishment efforts to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies to prevent shrinkage, promptly reporting any incidents of dishonesty or fraud.
- Demonstrate personal leadership through punctuality, adherence to dress codes, and active participation in team meetings and training.
- Apply selling skills by advising customers on products and services, offering suitable alternatives and upselling where applicable.
