We are looking for a sales administration manager for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, based in Europe, Asia, or Africa, depending on the selected candidate’s location.
This position will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy across the MENA region, driving sustainable and profitable growth of the veterinary products business through strong sales leadership, market expansion, and strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and regulatory authorities.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify business opportunities and drive expansion in key markets.
- Manage relationships with distributors, official organism, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competition and local regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations across countries.
Main requirements:
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the veterinary, animal health or agribusiness.
- Proven experience leading regional sales teams.
- Experience working across the MENA region is highly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, agribusiness, business administration or a related field.
