Average first-year associates earn $50,000–$60,000 with performance-based pay, including hourly wages, overtime, and performance bonuses!
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission right on your route by recommending services to customers.

What You’ll Earn $50,000–$60,000 average first-year income
Hourly pay starting at $17.00/hr (Higher starting pay for licensed candidates)

What You’ll DoDrive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
Deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need Must be at least 19 years of age (company vehicle requirement)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check
Ability to become DOT certified
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
