Veterinary Technician
Duties:
– Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals
– Perform routine procedures such as administering vaccinations and medications
– Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures
– Conduct laboratory tests and analyze samples
– Take and develop X-rays
– Administer anesthesia and monitor animals during procedures
– Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery
– Maintain accurate medical records
Experience:
– Previous experience as a veterinary technician or similar role preferred
– Knowledge of animal care and handling techniques
– Familiarity with veterinary equipment and tools
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
