Opening for PART TIME Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist Compensation: based on experience.Employment type: Part-TimeSmall Animal Veterinary clinic in (Forest Lakes, Charlottesville Va.) seeking a part time experienced Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. We are willing to train the right individual.This is a hands on position, Veterinary Assistants are properly trained to draw blood, safely restrain patients, and set up and run in-house labs.This position also includes receptionist duties. Applicant must be comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, etc.Must be able to bend down on your knees & lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to handle difficult patients.We are a small, busy family owned practice that needs qualified effective support staff.
