Peace Love Dogs is looking for an outgoing, professional & motivated individual, who loves dogs and people, to join our Client Services team as a Receptionist!Our Receptionists are the face and voice of Peace Love Dogs — playing a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every client and pet that walks through our doors.WHAT YOU’LL DO!Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, SMS, and in personBecome an expert on PLD programs and services to confidently assist clientsDeliver unmatched customer service, build positive relationships with clients, and effortlessly handle service resolutionSchedule grooming, lodging, daycare, training, and other reservations, including matching the client with the best option for them and their petProcess POS transactions, issue credits and research billing inquiriesCheck dogs in and out for appointments and reservationsGenerate routine reports and prepare daily forms and paperworkMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and retail areaAssist with related duties as neededWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR!Team members who are open to routine weekend coverage, because that is often when our clients need us most.
