Julington Creek Animal Hospital and Walk is a family owned animal hospital/pet resort established in 1975. We added a premier luxury pet resort with a 9 acre dog park, daycare, boarding and grooming services in 2002. We are looking to add an outgoing, friendly customer service specialist that is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Preferred Reception or Customer Service Experience. Previous experience with Ezyvet or Gingr software is a plus but not necessary.
Flexible schedules but must be able to work rotating weekends. Typical schedules would be Mon-Fri 6:30am-12:30pm and/or 1:30pm-6:30pm, Sat 7:30am-1pm, and Sun 1:30pm-6pm. Off on Holidays.
The purpose of this position is to enhance the customer service experience. This is done by: exhibiting a high degree of customer focus & oral communication skills, displaying a thorough knowledge of Animal Walk and Animal Hospital products, procedures and telephone techniques, following safety procedures, and displaying initiative and dependability. The receptionist is a key customer contact position. As such, excellent oral communication skills are required. Receptionists must maintain the utmost professionalism, as they are constantly in the public eye. Our guests’ perception of our facility begins and ends with the receptionist. The reception staff works closely with other functional areas of the facility. It is critical the receptionists use their problem solving skills to resolve issues.
