Job Description / Responsibility
M/S Fahima Akhter Enterprise is a concern of Masco Group which aims to revolutionized Poultry industry in Bangladesh. Currently around one lakh birds are there in this entity & we are committed to expand it further. We are looking for a dynamic & committed professional who will take charge of this operation.
- Overall follow up of fully automated poultry (Layer) control sheds & machineries.
- Ensure environmental safety/Bio safety & brooding management.
- Ensure prevention and treatment (Vaccination, Vitamin, Mineral etc.)
- Ensure feed production, Raw material and Egg store management.
- Employee training & supervision.
- Ensure production target.
- Budget preparation, Raw material sourcing and Egg marketing.
- Preparation and provide different analytical reports
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Ensure litter process management.
- Ensure best housekeeping (Neat & Tidy)
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Livestock
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Skills Required: Commercial poultry managment
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
