Join Us in Shaping the Future of Sustainable Animal Health
Are you a team-oriented professional with a knack for sales and a passion for fieldwork? Brimming with a genuine interest in calf health and ready to develop sustainable milk and beef production with our dedicated team?
We offer a key position where you have the opportunity to develop sustainable milk and beef production together with our team. Are you passionate about animal health and want to work closely with both soft muzzles and dedicated colleagues? Our approach puts animal welfare first—whether it's cows, calves, sheep, or horses. By taking a proactive stance and utilizing Our Company’s comprehensive range of vaccines for these species, we play a vital role in boosting animal health and ensuring long-term, sustainable practices.
You will move across beautiful landscapes and vary your days between farm visits, veterinary clinics, and inspiring meetings with farmers who share your commitment to sustainable livestock farming. In this role, you will work with calves in both dairy and beef production, take care of sheep, and actively strengthen our network around horses. Your work is field-based, and you plan your work week independently, giving you the freedom to adapt your days based on what is most prioritized. One day you might be at a veterinary clinic; the next day, you are out in rubber boots visiting farms—the variety is great and makes the job both developing and inspiring.
You have a lot of personal responsibility and the freedom to organize your work between farms and clinics. You control your calendar, follow up on results, and ensure that your efforts lead to real improvements for both animal health and the business. Commercial thinking is a natural part of the assignment; you set goals for both the quarter and long term within your district, always focusing on development and clear results.
The role involves close cooperation with dedicated colleagues, veterinarians, and farmers. You have the opportunity to influence the future of animal health through both innovative projects and daily fieldwork. With us, animal welfare is always at the center, and you contribute to sustainable and profitable production, where every effort counts.
Qualifications
- You are driven, analytical, and consistently seek to enhance your expertise in animal health and preventive care, whether you are working on farms or in veterinary clinics.

- You enjoy taking personal responsibility for work across a large geographic area, while also being a supportive team player who collaborates with colleagues.
- Practical experience with cows and calves is highly valued, and an interest in sheep and horses is a strong plus. You do not need to be a licensed veterinarian—your commitment and desire to grow are equally important.
- You are proactive and contribute to creating long-term value for veterinarians, farmers, and Our Company.
- Experience from agriculture or veterinary work is meritorious, but engagement and willingness to learn are decisive.
- You strive for ongoing professional growth in animal health and preventive work on farms and in clinics.
What We Offer
- Be part of developing the next generation of animal health—your efforts make a difference for animals, people, and profitability!
- Participate in exciting projects, contribute new solutions, and create value through knowledge, teamwork, and commercial acumen.
- Experience is a plus, but engagement and a desire to grow are most important. Here, you influence both the daily lives of animals and the future of the business, supported by a generous team and opportunities for professional development in animal health and business growth.
