What You'll Do

  • Own the product end-to-end, including design, pricing, customer journey, and profitability.
  • Drive product growth by increasing issuances, expanding acquisition channels, and improving conversion.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Risk, Credit, Operations, Finance, and IT to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize products using customer insights and data.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or lending.
  • Demonstrated success growing a product, channel, or P&L.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading digital or IT projects; Agile/Product Owner experience is an advantage.
  • Lending or credit product experience is a strong plus.
