What You'll Do
- Own the product end-to-end, including design, pricing, customer journey, and profitability.
- Drive product growth by increasing issuances, expanding acquisition channels, and improving conversion.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Risk, Credit, Operations, Finance, and IT to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize products using customer insights and data.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or lending.
- Demonstrated success growing a product, channel, or P&L.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience leading digital or IT projects; Agile/Product Owner experience is an advantage.
- Lending or credit product experience is a strong plus.
