Pest Control Technician
We are seeking a Pest Control Technician with at least one year of experience, a current Registered Technician License, and a clean driving record. Pay starts at $20/hr.
Responsibilities
- Complete company‑paid training and develop skills for daily operation of a mosquito service route.
- Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and serve as a problem solver for your customer.
- Work Monday‑Friday, with possible Saturday work and overtime during summer months.
- Apply products to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Complete documentation using a handheld tablet or phone.
- Work outdoors and independently.
- Build positive, strong relationships with clients, exceed expectations, and make recommendations on pest prevention. Report to client contact before and after providing services and explain problems face‑to‑face when possible using company technology.
Requirements
- One year of pest control experience with a current Registered Technician License.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great at time management.
- Dynamic team player.
- Strong desire to grow within the company.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
