What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for patients — enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
- Coordinate appointments with specialists, investigations & procedures
- Explain treatment plans, costs & procedures clearly to patients and families
- Support international & outstation patients with travel, stay & logistics
- Liaise between doctors, nurses & patients for smooth communication
- Follow up on patient progress and medication adherence
- Handle feedback and escalate complex cases when needed
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years
- Education: diploma in healthcare management
- Skills: patient care, quality patient care, patient care, patientcare, direct patient care, patient care & clinical skills, client liaison, appointment coordination, patient communication, reception duties
