**Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
OutdoorWork Environment(Street Trash Pickup)
Were looking for a dedicated and responsibleSupervisorto oversee a crew of inmates during street cleanup and trash removal. This is ahands-onrole that involves ensuring the work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established guidelines.
Key **
Supervise and manage a group of inmates during outdoor trash pickup activities.
Ensure that allsafety protocolsare strictly followed.
Maintain accurate records of inmate work hours and activities.
Provide guidance and support to inmates to foster a productive environment.
Monitor performance and maintain discipline, reporting any issues to appropriate authorities.
Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strongleadershipandcommunication skills.
Ability to stay organized and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Previous experience in supervision or related fields is a plus.
Full-time Monday-Friday schedule.
