What You’ll Do as a Veterinary CSR
- Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Provide compassionate, professional, and diplomatic client service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate
- Keep the front desk and work areas clean and organized
- Safely handle small to large animals
- Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, stooping, walking, and moving between rooms; may require standing or walking for extended periods
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable and confident around animals
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
